The Secret of Creation

Copy like an artist,
steal like a poet,
repurpose like a writer…

Til they call it your own,

and

forget it is from another.

This is what the greats do.

They see and they remake,
they hear and they rewrite,
they experience and they try to recreate.

The artist,
The poet,
The writer

they all just point to something

they already knew. 

As the Bible says:

“there is nothing new under the sun.”

So don’t be afraid to:
