I’m excited to share the launch of Stoic Workbook, a 30-day guided Stoic reflection journal designed to be practiced, written in, and returned to.
This book grew out of personal study, daily discipline, and a desire to move philosophy out of abstraction and into lived experience. Stoicism, at its best, is not something to admire from a distance—it is something to practice quietly, day by day.
